To withdraw via Bank Transfer, please follow the steps below:
After logging into your account, select the "Withdraw" page under the "My Account" section, then choose the "Bank Transfer" method and fill out the form that appears as follows:
- Country: If you are withdrawing to an account in Turkey, select "Turkey/NC Cyprus."
- Branch Name: Enter the name of the district where your bank branch is located, for example, "Bakırköy Branch."
- TL IBAN: Enter the IBAN number of the account you want to withdraw to. The IBAN must be 26 characters long, start with "TR" in uppercase letters, and have no spaces. For example: TR00100011...
- IBAN Euro: If you have a Euro account, you can enter the IBAN for that here. If not, enter the same TR IBAN number you provided above. After completing the form, simply click the "Withdraw" button.
Your request will be checked by our finance team as soon as possible and will be completed within a maximum of 24 hours.
